1. Services
Dent, Hail & Detail provides automotive detailing, paintless dent repair, hail damage repair, paint correction, ceramic coating, and paint protection film (PPF) services in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround times may vary based on vehicle condition, scheduling, and material availability.
2. Estimates & Quotes
All quotes provided online, by phone, or via photo submission are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person inspection. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual condition of the vehicle differs from what was originally represented.
3. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations
- Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
- We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit any deposit paid.
4. Vehicle Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Please remove all personal belongings prior to your appointment. Dent, Hail & Detail is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. Vehicles not picked up within 48 hours of completion may be subject to a daily storage fee.
5. Workmanship & Warranty
We stand behind our work. Paintless dent repair is backed by a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle. Ceramic coating and PPF warranties follow the terms set by the manufacturer (e.g., Ceramic Pro, 3M) and require proper maintenance. Warranties do not cover damage from collisions, hail, improper washing, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
6. Insurance Claims
For hail and dent repair, we work with most major insurance carriers. You are responsible for any deductible and for confirming coverage with your insurer. We do not guarantee approval of any claim.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved insurance payments. Returned payments and chargebacks may incur additional fees.
8. Photography
We may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for quality control, insurance documentation, and marketing purposes. License plates and identifying details are excluded from public-facing content. If you do not wish your vehicle to appear on our website or social channels, please notify us in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dent, Hail & Detail is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
10. Intellectual Property
